A mid-sized real estate company in Vancouver is hiring for this role. You will lead the finance and accounting function for the income property portfolio, owning reporting, budgeting and forecasting. The role also covers payroll and HR administration and supports acquisition decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the income property portfolio
- Manage cash and debt, and maintain financial controls
- Oversee payroll and HR administration
- Improve financial processes and develop the team
- Support acquisition analysis and partner with ownership, lenders and external advisors
What you bring
- Experience leading a finance and accounting function
- Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash and debt management
- Ability to build controls and improve financial processes
