A large banking company in Toronto is hiring for this role. You will design, build and maintain the data models, ETL jobs and data management capabilities that the business relies on, and keep data quality, governance, metadata and lineage in line with enterprise standards.
What you'll do
- Design, develop and maintain data models and ETL jobs.
- Maintain data management capabilities that meet enterprise standards.
- Ensure data quality, governance, metadata and lineage are in place.
- Work with business and technology partners on requirements, testing, deployment and issue resolution.
- Mentor teammates and manage technical risks through delivery.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience building data models and ETL jobs.
- Working knowledge of data quality, governance, metadata and lineage practices.
- Ability to gather requirements from business and technology partners.
- Experience testing, deploying and resolving issues in data solutions.
- Comfort mentoring teammates and flagging technical risks.
