About the role
A large construction company in Kamloops is hiring for this role. You will generate sales opportunities and profitable growth by phone, email and other electronic channels, while supporting customers day to day. The role exists to keep quotes, orders and customer questions moving while meeting service and margin goals.
What you'll do
- Generate sales opportunities through phone, email and other electronic communications
- Support customers with product information, pricing, quotations and order entry
- Track sales orders and resolve issues as they come up
- Provide logistics support to keep orders on schedule
- Assist with estimating and proposals
