A large veterinary company in Cambridge is hiring for this role. You will lead afternoon-shift production across sterile and non-sterile manufacturing and packaging, keeping operations safe, compliant, timely and cost-effective.
What you'll do
- Lead afternoon-shift production across sterile and non-sterile manufacturing and packaging
- Develop and coach the employees on your shift
- Manage shift-level quality and safety issues as they come up
- Coordinate resources and shift handovers
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
What you bring
- Experience supervising or leading production teams in a manufacturing and packaging setting
- Working knowledge of safety and compliance expectations in sterile and non-sterile production
- Skill in coaching and developing employees
- A continuous improvement mindset and a focus on cost-effective operations
