About the role
A large software development company in Vancouver is hiring for this role. You will own the go-to-market data roadmap and build the pipelines, data marts and models behind company-wide metrics. The role also makes that data easier to use through documentation, training and semantic models.
What you'll do
- Drive the GTM data roadmap and priorities
- Build reliable pipelines, data marts, models and dashboards for metrics such as headcount, quota attainment and pipeline
- Conduct analysis across the analytics stack
- Develop semantic models and evaluations that support natural-language querying of business data
- Enable GTM analysts through training and documentation
What you bring
- Senior-level experience in analytics engineering
- Experience building data pipelines, data marts and models
- Skill building dashboards for business and GTM metrics
- Ability to train analysts and write clear documentation
- Interest in semantic models and natural-language querying of data
