About the role
A small real estate company in Stratford is hiring for this role. You will oversee the day-to-day performance of a residential portfolio, keeping staff, vendors and projects moving. The role exists to make sure issues and delegated work are followed through to completion.
What you'll do
- Coordinate staff and vendors across the residential portfolio
- Handle resident concerns, maintenance, leasing, inspections and turnovers
- Oversee renovations and capital projects
- Manage budgets, invoices and operating results while keeping the portfolio compliant
- Improve systems and follow up on delegated work until it is done
What you bring
- Experience running day-to-day operations for a residential portfolio
- Comfort managing budgets, invoices and operating results
- The ability to coordinate staff, vendors and residents
- Working knowledge of compliance requirements
- A track record of seeing issues through to completion
