You will lead the architecture and evolution of a managed GPU training platform, improving scalability, performance, reliability and efficiency across large accelerator fleets. The role also helps set the long-term technical direction for the team.

- Drive complex engineering initiatives from design through production
- Improve scalability, performance, reliability and efficiency across large accelerator fleets
- Shape the developer experience and support new accelerators and regions
- Mentor engineers and guide long-term technical direction
What you bring
- Staff-level software engineering experience leading complex initiatives end to end
- Experience with GPU or accelerator training platforms at fleet scale
- A record of taking designs into production and keeping them reliable
- Care for the developer experience of the platform you build
- Comfort mentoring other engineers and setting technical direction
